Bjork McDermott Law is an association of Alan H. Bjork, PLC and Clark G. McDermott, PLC. It is not a partnership. Alan and Clark are former partners of Hanson, Bjork and Russell, LLP, a Des Moines law firm with a 100 year history. Our office is located in Johnston, Iowa, a northwest suburb of Des Moines. Between the two of us, we have over fifty years of experience in the practice of law which enables us to offer a wide range of legal services, particularly in these areas:
